[Announcement for Tokyo PRO Competitors] ◆ Check-In Information • Date: August 10 (Sat) • Check-in Start: 12:00 The room will be opened at 11:00 AM • Location: Tokyo International Forum, Room G510 • Access to the Hall: 6-minute walk from Tokyo Station / Direct access from Yurakucho Station (Tokyo Metro) How to Get to Room G510 Pass through the Masters Olympia entrance Go through the competitors pump-up area Cross the connecting hallway, and G510 is the room at the very end of the aisle. Our staff will guide you on the day. ◆Tokyo Pro Fan Greeting Starts: 14:30-15:30 All competitors join this event(except Masters OLYMPIA competitors) ◆ Tickets Provided to Each Athlete • 1 Coach Pass • 1 Seat Ticket ◆ Additional Backstage Pass • Price: ¥15,000 • Purchase and payment available only at check-ins ◆ Photography in pump-up Area • Only those with a backstage pass can take photos in the waiting area • To shoot photos/videos, request a photography bibs at check-ins(must be worn at all times while filming) No photographers are allowed shooting on the stage . ◆ Show Photography • Requires advance application and approval by the event office • Allowed from your designated seat or assigned media area (no tripods allowed) • Fee: ¥35,000 • Payment: On-site at Check-ins Note: Limited slots and restricted shooting zones for safety reasons |
