| Costume |
- Style：Plain,opaque（no brief or underwear)
- Color：Solid black
- No adverising or endorsements except that small manufacturer logos such as Nike,Under Armour,etc are permitted.
- Competitor numbers must be worn on the left side of the posing suit during the Judging and Finals.

| Coloring |
- Only FWJ official coloring is OK.
- It’s different depending on meeting places.
- If you make a mess at the venue, we may charge you the recovery cost.

| Music |
- Music to be used must be uploaded at the time of contest registration. If not possible, prepare the music by saving it on a CD.
- Competitors using music containing vulgar lyrics will be disqualified.

| Criterion |
- Posing Routine/ may be only a person from high rank (up to maximum of 60 seconds)Posing Routine (up to maximum of 60 seconds) (No Gymnastics Moves are Allowed)
- The following is prohibited while onstage:Props・Chewing gum・ “Moon Pose” (any competitor performing this pose will be disqualified)・ Lying on the stage・ Bumping and shoving (the first and second person involved will be disqualified)

- Prejudging will consist of comparisons of the quarter turns and the following 5 mandatory poses.
- Front Double Biceps
- Side Chest
- Back Double Biceps
- Abdominals and Thighs
- Favorite Classic Pose (No Most Muscular)
